Do I need experience to participate in water activities?
No, all our activities are accessible to beginners. Our instructors guide you step by step for a safe and enjoyable experience, whether it's diving, water skiing, or fishing.
What does the displayed price include?
Our rates generally include: sea transportation, professional supervision, necessary equipment, and sometimes snacks depending on the activity. No hidden costs: everything is clear from the moment of booking.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the activity?
In case of bad weather, we offer you to reschedule the activity for free or to receive a full refund according to your preference.
How can I book an activity?
You can book directly through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. We will send you a confirmation with all the practical details (location, time, equipment, etc.).
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, cash, and mobile payment (such as PayPal or WhatsApp Pay, depending on your country). You can choose your method during booking.
Do I have to pay the full amount in advance?
A deposit is usually required to confirm your booking. The balance can be paid before the activity or on the day itself, depending on the type of service.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the activity to receive a full refund. After this deadline, fees may apply.

What happens if the activity is canceled by Bayssa?
In case of cancellation by us (bad weather, technical issues…), you have the choice between a full refund or a free rescheduling to another date.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your original payment method.
ID required
A valid ID card or passport is required for all activities. It may be requested at boarding.
Minimum age required
Some activities (diving, water skiing…) are accessible from 12 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Physical & Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any special conditions (pregnancy, heart problems, allergies…). Some activities require good physical condition.
Recommended attire & equipment

How does a typical day with Bayssa go?
Each activity starts with a warm welcome, a brief briefing, then departure to the sea. Afterward, you enjoy the chosen activity (fishing, diving, water sports, event) with relaxing breaks, supervision, and a smooth return filled with wonderful memories.

Is all the equipment provided?
Yes, all necessary equipment is included: life jacket, wetsuit, fishing gear, diving or water sports equipment, depending on the chosen activity. You only need to bring your personal items (swimsuit, towel, sunscreen).
Are there breaks or snacks during the activity?
Depending on the package booked, breaks are planned: free swimming, snacks on board, music, or even a sunset aperitif. These moments of relaxation are an integral part of the Bayssa experience.
How long does the experience last?
The duration varies depending on the activity: on average from 1 to 4 hours. Customized half-day or full-day trips are also available upon request.
Is the experience suitable for families or groups?
Yes, all our activities can be adapted for families, groups of friends, or private events. We even offer special packages for birthdays, team buildings, or romantic outings.
